    **Job Title:** EDM Programmer / Operator

    **Location:** Montvale, NJ

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    **Pay:** $28–$33/hr

    Job Summary:

    The EDM Programmer/Operator programs, sets up, and operates wire EDM equipment to produce high-precision parts. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Program and run wire EDM machines; make setup adjustments as needed.

    + Verify parts meet tight tolerances using inspection tools.

    + Read and interpret complex blueprints and cut configurations.

    + Program using Smart Cam and Esprit Cam software.

    + Operate additional CNC/tool room machines (EDM, mills, sinker, Haas, drills).

    + Perform and document preventive maintenance.

    + Log all EDM orders/parts into the system.

    + Maintain supplies, cleanliness, and 5S standards.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma required; technical school certificate preferred.

    + 3–5 years of EDM or CNC/Wire EDM experience.

    + Ability to operate tool room equipment and perform in-process inspections.

    + Strong math skills and understanding of GD&T.

    + Familiarity with Mitsubishi or Sodick EDM equipment is a plus.

    + Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
