• Packaging Machine Operator

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, monitoring machinery performance, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform packaging operations for string cheese products according to established procedures.

    + Set up, sanitize, and prepare packaging machines before each production run.

    + Dismantle, clean, and properly store machinery and components after production.

    + Operate and monitor various machines to ensure consistent product quality and throughput.

    + Weigh, package, and label product accurately.

    + Record production data, including counts, weights, machine settings, and any downtime or adjustments.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet food safety and sanitation standards.

    + Follow all safety guidelines and work collaboratively as part of a production team.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire shift.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.

    + Perform repetitive motions associated with packaging and machine operation.

    + Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required—training provided.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

    + Good communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.

    **Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
