    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls, providing caring and effective support in both Spanish and English.

    + Deliver crisis intervention, information, and resource referrals tailored to each caller’s needs.

    + Maintain detailed and confidential records of every interaction, following all organizational standards.

    + Collaborate with fellow team members to offer comprehensive, coordinated care.

    + Uphold privacy, safety, and quality guidelines to ensure every caller receives respectful and secure service.

    + Represent the organization’s mission and values with every conversation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

    + Previous experience in a call center, helpline, or nonprofit environment preferred.

    + Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and composed with callers in crisis or under stress.

    + Comfortable with technology and CRM/contact center systems.

    + Passion for supporting the community and contributing to a social mission.
