    Description

    Join our healthcare team as a Receptionist and play a key role in welcoming patients and supporting daily clinic operations. Use your strong communication and organizational skills to contribute to a compassionate, efficient healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and register patients with a professional, caring attitude.

    + Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for providers.

    + Handle patient intake forms and ensure accurate, confidential recordkeeping.

    + Coordinate with healthcare staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

    + Provide basic information about services, procedures, and insurance to patients.

    + Uphold privacy and compliance standards within all interactions.

    Requirements

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service; experience in healthcare preferred but not required.

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.

    + High attention to detail and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

    + Proficiency with scheduling systems and common office software.

    + Adaptability in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
