Description

Our company is seeking a contract professional with a strong background in data reporting and automation to support our ongoing technology and CRM initiatives. This position is ideal for someone comfortable collaborating with nonprofit teams and experienced in both technical administration and end-user reporting.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using MS SQL Server (T-SQL) for organizational stakeholders.

+ Work with large datasets to generate accurate insights and analytics supporting operations and fundraising.

+ Automate data processes and reporting tasks using Python scripts and libraries.

+ Support and enhance CRM integrations and reporting; experience with CRM platforms is highly advantageous.

+ Perform routine administration of Ubuntu-based servers and manage Apache web server configurations.

+ Troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity, reporting accuracy, and server uptime.

+ Liaise with non-technical stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable data products.

+ Document reporting procedures and administrative tasks for staff continuity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated expertise in MS SQL Server (writing complex queries, stored procedures, optimizing reports).

+ Strong Python development experience for automation and data processing.

+ Experience with CRM data/reporting (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar), preferred.

+ Hands-on experience administering Ubuntu servers and configuring Apache.

+ Nonprofit work experience is highly desirable.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

+ Located in Tucson, AZ, or nearby (preferred).
