    Description

    A busy service-based company in Valley Center is hiring a Dispatcher to support daily field operations. This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable prioritizing multiple requests, and capable of delivering top-tier customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage high-volume scheduling for field crews and service calls

    + Track job statuses and proactively resolve conflicts or delays

    + Provide real-time communication to technicians regarding assignments and route changes

    + Handle inbound calls from customers, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up

    + Enter job details, notes, and updates into the company’s dispatching platform

    + Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards

    Requirements

    + Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or logistics

    + Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

    + Ability to navigate fast-moving workflows and shifting priorities

    + Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with dispatching tools
