    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Professional fluency in Spanish and English required.

    + Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

    + Comfort with technology platforms and CRM systems.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
