    Description

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting Clerk will provide essential support with daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

    + Prepare and reconcile bank statements

    + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

    + Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses

    + Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments

    + Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

    Requirements

    + Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

    + At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience

    + Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills
