Description

We are looking for an Intern HR Recruiter to join our team in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. This position involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the right talent is sourced and onboarded effectively. As part of the banking industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of staffing. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for individuals seeking stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Help with recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.

• Conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' background and suitability for the role.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems and tools to streamline recruitment operations.

• Maintain clear and attentive communication with candidates via email and phone throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.

• Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies during the hiring process.

• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the banking industry.

• Strong ability to source and attract candidates using various methods.

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including Paylocity.

• Skilled in conducting phone screens and managing email correspondence professionally.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
