    Description

    Robert Half seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to start a position located in IL only a few minutes from downtown St. Louis. Candidates must have hands-on construction accounting background and specific experience with AIA billing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage high-volume, construction-related Accounts Payable processing, including invoice entry and coding

    + Apply chart of accounts knowledge to ensure accurate invoice coding to the General Ledger

    + Process and review AIA billings, ensuring compliance with industry standards

    + Support all functions within the office, including administrative tasks as needed

    + Collaborate effectively in a small office environment and offer assistance across areas as required

    + Utilize Foundation construction accounting software

    + No journal entry or reconciliation responsibilities

    Requirements

    Required Experience:

    + Minimum 3+ years in accounts payable within the construction sector

    + Direct experience with AIA billings is required

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
