    Our client is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who possesses strong quantitative skills and a passion for driving data-based decision making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning

    + Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports for management

    + Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and cost benchmarking

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business performance reviews

    + Provide actionable insights to support process improvements and new initiatives

    + Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

    + 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role

    + Strong proficiency with MS Excel and financial modeling tools

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    + Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence software is a plus
