Position Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across multiple domains at a manufacturing client. The role will own the roadmap for key systems including JDE, UKG, ScanMan(AP Automation), OneStream(Reporting & Planning), and related data integration platforms, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, technology capabilities, and user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background and experience managing ERP-driven product roadmaps, with the ability to translate operational needs into prioritized features and releases.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Product Ownership & Vision
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance digital capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into system capabilities and product features, ensuring measurable value delivery.
- Prioritize enhancements and new capabilities across JDE, other Core Enterprise Apps and supporting tools based on ROI and user feedback.
- Partner with business leads to identify pain points and opportunities for process and system optimization.
- Delivery & Execution
- Lead execution of product releases, coordinating across IT, business units, and integration partners.
- Manage product backlogs, release planning, and sprint prioritization using Agile and Jira-based methodologies.
- Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT and validate feature delivery against defined business acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with offshore teams for development, configuration, and testing activities.
- Should be able to produce Business Requirement Document, Epic & User Stories as needed.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Governance
- Drive alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and execution priorities.
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, sprint demos, and steering committee updates with key stakeholders.
- Track key success metrics (adoption, stability, process efficiency) to measure product performance post-release.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or ERP transformation roles.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP ecosystems (specifically JDE EnterpriseOne).
- Demonstrated ability to own and evolve product roadmaps across enterprise platforms.
- Experience coordinating with global and offshore teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, Jira, and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with OneStream, ScanMan, and Enterprise Data & Governance frameworks.
- Understanding of WMS/RFS integration (coordination-level knowledge; hands-on not required).
- Experience defining and scaling digital capabilities within manufacturing environments.
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $194,000.00.
