Job Summary
The **Installer** is responsible for installing and upgrading all product lines of office furniture. This role requires proficiency with power tools and a solid understanding of product handling, staging, and assembly for HMI and ancillary furniture lines.
Key Responsibilities
+ Unload products from trucks and stage them in the warehouse.
+ Inspect and document product condition for damage and quality prior to installation or delivery.
+ Load and secure products on trucks for transport.
+ Review installation plans with the senior installation lead.
+ Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure smooth installation processes.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in installation, delivery, and assembly.
+ Strong attention to detail and knowledge of construction and general labor practices.
+ Mechanical aptitude for installation and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and repair techniques.
+ Ability to measure accurately, pack, and handle materials safely.
+ Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Work Environment
+ Installation work performed on commercial jobsites with interaction among owners and subcontractors.
+ Strong customer service skills required to explain processes and address installation questions.
+ Work is typically completed in teams of two.
+ Standard schedule: **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM** .

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
