Job Description

Join our team in manufacturing cutting-edge, best-in-class products for both commercial facilities and home use.

Responsibilities

+ Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts.

+ Follow established procedures in a team environment.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months of general production and general labor skills.

+ Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.

+ 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools.

+ Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with assembly, assembly lines, assembly drawings.

+ Competency in using hand tools and tape measures.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and involves significant hand/eye coordination. You should be able to stand, walk, bend, and turn consistently and repeatedly. The job involves repetitive motion in a potentially noisy work area. Work hours are from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with plans for work on Fridays as well.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
