Job Title: Warehouse Worker – 2nd Shift | $19/HR

**Location:** Davenport, IA

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (No weekends!)

Job Overview:

Join a growing team in a modern warehouse equipped with advanced cutting and tempering machines. We’re looking for dependable individuals to support our loading and warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity to grow within a niche industry that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the production, cutting, and tempering of glass

+ Operate machinery and interpret order tickets for accurate measurements

+ Support shipping and receiving operations

+ Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move glass materials

+ Unload glass from trucks and store safely

+ Prepare glass for the IG line using overhead cranes

+ Load finished glass products for shipment

+ Manually reposition windows between vertical and horizontal orientations

Required Skills:

+ Experience in manufacturing or production

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently

+ Mechanical aptitude (e.g., working on cars or machinery)

+ Familiarity with hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Forklift and crane experience (a plus, not required)

+ General labor experience, especially with glass or panels

+ Production experience for understanding manufacturing workflows

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
