Job Title: Concrete Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise crews in various concrete placement and finishing tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete placement and finishing, along with the skills necessary to manage and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and lead crews in concrete placement and finishing tasks.

+ Perform tasks including concrete placement, grouting, unloading and loading of materials, jobsite cleanup, and water pumping.

+ Assist with excavation work as needed.

+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.

+ Operate and maintain necessary tools and equipment for the tasks.

+ Work collaboratively with team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

+ Be willing to learn and share knowledge of the craft.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in concrete finishing and pouring.

+ Experience with grouting and loading/unloading materials.

+ Ability to work within OSHA guidelines and follow company safety policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to supply necessary hand tools for performing tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
