    Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Lead HVAC Technician to manage and resolve HVAC service calls from commercial customers. This role involves traveling to various customer sites, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary repairs. As a lead technician, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training other technicians on the team.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle service calls for HVAC-related issues from commercial customers.

    + Travel to different customer sites to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.

    + Lead, mentor, and train other technicians in the team.

    + Ensure all repairs and installations are performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + 10-15 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.

    + Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems, electrical, refrigeration, and various units such as RTUs, DOAS, VRF, VFD, split systems, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, and hydronic systems.

    + EPA Universal certification.

    + Ability to drive a company vehicle.

    + Ownership of basic hand and HVAC tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Michigan Mechanical License is highly preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $114400.00/yr.
