    Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will utilize hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used across multiple fields. You will perform quality checks on your work and access step-by-step instructions via computer programs.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.

    + Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.

    + Conduct quality checks on assembled products before advancing to the next step.

    + Access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions using computer programs, requiring the ability to log into multiple programs simultaneously.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand tools.

    + Experience in production operations.

    + Basic computer operation skills.

    + Assembly and soldering experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1 year of assembly experience preferred.

    + 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

    + Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

    + Customer service experience is advantageous.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
