Job Title: Conformal Coating Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conformal Coating Operator to apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conformal coating and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the coating process.

Responsibilities

+ Apply conformal coating to PCBs using both spray and manual touch-up techniques.

+ Perform quality control inspections on conformal coating applications.

+ Use a blacklight to identify areas missed by the machine and apply manual touch-up as needed.

+ Participate in general electronic assembly and production tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with conformal coating application.

+ Proficiency in electronic assembly and using hand tools.

+ Knowledge of PC board assembly and SMT operations.

+ Ability to conduct quality control inspections.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in electronic manufacturing, specifically with PCBs.

+ Familiarity with assembly line and packaging processes.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a climate-controlled electronic manufacturing facility, with a shift from 7am to 3:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
