    Job Title:** **Senior** **Engine Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Engine Technician with specialized experience in Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing engine overhauls, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and general maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines and modules.

    + Troubleshoot engine malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.

    + Clean engine components using approved processes and equipment.

    + Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools and interpret results.

    + Record and document work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements.

    + Ensure that all parts meet airworthiness and serviceability standards.

    + Use OEM manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings to guide maintenance procedures.

    + Participate in engine testing and performance validation as needed.

    + Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

    + Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records and report parts usage.

    + Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Rolls-Royce M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines.

    + Advanced technical knowledge in turbine engine disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and reassembly.

    + Strong understanding of FAA regulatory compliance and documentation.

    + Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

    + Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

    + FAA Powerplant Certificate.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Consideration for turbine engine mechanics with experience in other turbine engines including Low bypass fan, High bypass fans, Jets, Turbo props.

    + Prior experience in a certified MRO facility is highly desirable.

    + Basic set of tools.

    Work Environment

     

    Work inside an air-conditioned environment with a shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime is available as needed. The work environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
