    Aerotek (Lebanon, IN)


    Aerotek is seeking skilled Concrete Form Carpenters responsible for constructing and repairing concrete forms and related structures, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up trailers and prepare job sites for construction activities.

    • Review blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine material requirements and accurately measure dimensions.

    • Build and install temporary structures such as decks, stairs, roofs, shelves, tool trailers/conex containers, silt fences, straw bales, and implement site erosion control measures.

    • Hand-set and assemble gang forms for concrete placement.

    • Assist journeyman carpenters and foremen with establishing grades and elevations.

    • Unload, handle, stockpile, and erect prefabricated materials for concrete formwork.

    • Perform tasks including concrete placement, rough carpentry (hand-set walls, footings, gang wall forms, structural concrete decks), drywall installation, finish carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and cabinetry.

    • Foster positive relationships with team members from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    • Minimum of two (2) years of carpentry experience, with a focus on concrete formwork preferred.

    • Trade or technical school certification/diploma is a plus.

    • Ability to work with precision, interpret drawings, and communicate effectively in English.

    • Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, professional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication—including active listening and openness to diverse feedback.

    • Physical ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.

    • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
