Warehouse Associate – Day & Night Shifts

**Location:** Colonial Heights, VA

**Schedule:** 3-2-2-3 rotation | Day shift & night shift with differential pay

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by handling inventory, operating forklifts, and supporting production goals. What You’ll Do

+ Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment for approximately 50% of your shift.

+ Perform material handling, cleaning, and walking tasks for the remaining time.

+ Use warehouse management systems for order selection and inventory control.

+ Conduct cycle counts, order picking, and quality checks to maintain accuracy.

+ Handle packaging and production tasks while meeting hourly performance goals.

+ Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and utilize RF scanning equipment.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** Minimum 3 years operating forklifts or similar equipment.

+ **Certification:** Forklift certification (verified through references).

+ **Skills:** Familiarity with warehouse management systems and strong attention to detail.

+ **Track Record:** Reliable attendance and positive performance history.

+ Ability to work repetitive tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with stand-up forklifts or electric-powered equipment.

+ Knowledge of order entry, picking, and packing processes.

+ Understanding of transportation and warehouse shipping operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Colonial Heights, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.91 - $23.91/hr.
