    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    The role involves using basic equipment to complete the production process, including wrapping, packaging, and moving materials.     Responsibilities

    + Use basic equipment to finish production of products.

    + Wrap, package, and move materials efficiently.

    + Lift materials weighing up to 35-40 lbs.

    + Utilize basic tools and work on a packaging line.

    + Replace production materials in weaving.

    + Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

    + Perform consistent bending, twisting, and walking during shifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.

    + Attentiveness to machinery.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.

    + Reliability in attending each scheduled shift.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes two shift options: 1st Shift Creeling and 2nd Shift Weaving. Employees are expected to be adaptable to physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and moving, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, ME.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
