    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting restaurant furniture table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will utilize hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools in your daily tasks. The role also involves using sit-down forklifts in the warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Sand, grind, assemble, and cut restaurant furniture components.

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    + Operate hand grinders and measuring tools.

    + Use sit-down forklifts in the warehouse.

    Essential Skills

    + 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.

    + 1-2 years of recent experience in construction, millwork, or cabinetry.

    + 1-2 years of recent hand and power tools experience.

    + 1-2 years of measuring tools experience.

    + Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with general labor, machine operation, and assembly.

    + Familiarity with tube bending, press brake operation, and troubleshooting.

    + Understanding of mechanical operations and laser technology.

    Work Environment

Be prepared for a dusty millwork area where wearing a respirator face cup is allowed. The environment can be warm in the summers. Work hours are from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Dress code includes jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toed boots.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
