    Job Title: Welder

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Welder on the 1st Shift, where you will play a critical role in interpreting blueprints and setting up welding machines to weld aluminum and other parts to precise specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Interpret blueprints to set up welding machines accurately.

    + Weld aluminum and other materials to specified standards.

    + Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components.

    + Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

    + Engage primarily in MIG welding, with some TIG welding as necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with aluminum.

    + Experience in TIG welding.

    + Skilled in blueprint reading and interpretation.

    + Competence in grinding and metal fabrication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum welding.

    + Strong work history with good tenure in previous roles.

    + Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fenton, MO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
