Director of Operations (RN Required) The Director of Operations (RN) ensures the agency’s daily success — leading scheduling, caregiver management, and compliance, while bringing clinical insight to operations.  You’ll thrive in a company that values empathy, strategy, and accountability, led by a founder who understands what quality care truly means. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily operations and supervision of caregivers and office staff. * Maintain compliance with AHCA, OSHA, and Always Best Care standards. * Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee service delivery and care quality. * Manage recruitment, training, and retention strategies for caregivers. * Oversee payroll coordination and ensure operational accuracy. * Track KPIs for utilization, client satisfaction, and labor efficiency. * Represent the company at community and partner meetings as needed. * Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic growth and service initiatives.
