Job Title: Treater Operator
Job Description
As a Treater Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the required production rate of the prepreg treater used to produce woven prepreg. You will set up the prepreg treater oven properly and safely to run products specified on the work order, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the operation.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain required production rate of the prepreg treater.
+ Set up prepreg treater oven according to product specifications on the work order.
+ Monitor the operation of the prepreg treater to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Maintain product traceability with proper documentation on the work order.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production, assembly, kitting, and machine operation.
+ Proficiency with mechanical, math, hand and power tools, and measuring tools.
+ Good basic math skills.
+ Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
+ Legible handwriting and printing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of relevant, steady work history preferred, manufacturing experience a plus.
+ Ability to follow steps outlined on the production work order.
+ Perform in-process quality checks.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

Work Environment
The position operates on a Monday to Friday shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm in a clean manufacturing facility.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
