    Job Title: Chief Inspector

    Job Description

    As a Chief Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft. You will oversee and perform inspections, maintain compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations, and mentor maintenance staff.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform and oversee aircraft inspections in accordance with FAA Part 145 regulations.

    + Ensure airworthiness and approve return-to-service documentation.

    + Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.

    + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel.

    + Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and inspection schedules.

    Essential Skills

    + Current FAA Inspection Authorization (IA).

    + Extensive experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.

    + Strong proficiency with PT6 engines and King Air aircraft.

    + In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and quality control standards.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, inspection authorization, and general aviation.

    + Experience with A&P license, airframe, repair, aviation, turboprop, and FAA repair station.

    + Familiarity with inspection equipment.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    Competitive hourly rate: $50–$65/hr.

     

    Full-time schedule with occasional weekend work.

     

    Opportunity to work with a respected aviation service provider.

    This is a fully onsite position in Corpus Christi,TX.
