    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for our day shift operations. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering activities at the plant site. You will provide technical support to the maintenance team and develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities for our equipment and practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting preventive maintenance programs and managing expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items. Additionally, you will train and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and reliable maintenance program at the lowest possible cost. Your primary focus will be to maximize production time, minimize upkeep costs, and drive costs out of the manufacturing process.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee maintenance and engineering activities at the plant site.

    + Provide technical support to the maintenance team.

    + Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

    + Support preventive maintenance programs.

    + Control expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items.

    + Train and supervise maintenance staff.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is fully on-site in Marion, Indiana, within an industrial bakery that produces cakes, muffins, and croissants. The facility is climate-controlled and houses a team of 650 people. The maintenance team consists of 15 members, including 3 Supervisors and 4 leads. The company is currently expanding, with plans to add more production lines in the future

    This is a Permanent position based out of Marion, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
