Summary
The Senior Specialist, Revenue Enablement plays a key role in connecting Marketing and Sales efforts to drive measurable growth across SHRM’s B2B2C ecosystem. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Enablement, this role helps operationalize the Performance Marketing Pod by ensuring that insights, tools, and content flow seamlessly between marketing activation and sales execution.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product teams, the Senior Specialist supports the design and optimization of enablement materials, communication flows, and post-campaign insights that accelerate pipeline performance and improve conversion rates. This role is both analytical and creative, helping Sales teams act faster, smarter, and in full alignment with SHRM’s brand and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify enablement needs, gather feedback, and co-develop tools and messaging that support every stage of the buyer journey.
+ Translate campaign insights into actionable sales materials (e.g., talk tracks, one-pagers, and follow-up templates) that align with audience behavior and marketing performance data.
+ Partner with Demand Generation and Product teams to ensure campaigns, content, and offers are tightly aligned with sales priorities and customer pain points.
+ Serve as an insight conduit between Marketing Analytics & Optimization and Sales, sharing learnings on lead quality, engagement trends, and message performance to drive continual improvement. ️
+ Support the execution of revenue enablement programs, ensuring tools, content, and data are accessible, current, and aligned with SHRM’s brand and growth strategy.
+ Collaborate with Digital Experience and Marketing Operations to maintain and improve enablement platforms, dashboards, and CRM workflows that streamline sales engagement.
+ Contribute to readiness programs and training sessions that strengthen Sales confidence in using SHRM’s marketing tools, campaigns, and assets.
+ Leverage analytics and AI tools (e.g., Adobe CJA, Salesforce, Marketo) to surface actionable insights that improve conversion and campaign-to-sales alignment.
+ Develop and maintain case studies, testimonials, and client success stories for use across marketing and sales channels.
+ Participate in feedback loops and post-campaign retrospectives to ensure Sales perspectives directly inform future marketing programs.
+ Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for enablement of deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient use of resources.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Experience
+ Five (5) or more years of marketing sales enablement experience.
Certifications
+ Certifications in the Adobe Experience tools are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales alignment principles, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and shared performance outcomes.
+ Skilled in translating marketing insights into sales-ready tools and messaging that drive conversion and accelerate pipeline movement.
+ Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, and enablement platforms; able to use data to guide and optimize strategies.
+ Strong ability to interpret analytics and audience behavior data to make recommendations that improve lead quality and follow-up effectiveness.
+ Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to collaborate across teams, capture insights, and turn them into actionable strategies.
+ AI and automation fluency, with the ability to use tools to enhance personalization, workflow efficiency, and insight delivery.
+ Strong project management and prioritization skills to balance multiple initiatives and meet deadlines with precision.
+ Detail-oriented yet agile; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Work Environment
Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote):
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00–9:00 a.m. and concluding between 5:00–6:00 p.m. local time.

_The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
