    Job Description:

    Help Desk Technician

     

    hours: 1400-2200

     

    days: Sun-Thur

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.

    + Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.

    + May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.

    + Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.

    + Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

    Qualifications:

    + AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

    + TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly

    + Security+ CE & PWS 9.1

    + Pursuant to a customer requirement, this position is contingent on providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination or submitting to regular COVID-19 testing at your own expense.”

    + Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements

     

    The likely hourly rate for this position is between $28.93 - $39.10. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
