RGP is seeking a Project Manager to support our client with the build-out of a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. + Drive day-to-day project operations, including activity tracking, milestone management, risk/issue identification, and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare high-quality presentations and executive updates summarizing progress, roadblocks, dependencies, and recommended solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between U. . leadership, India teams, and functional stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales Support, and Product Management.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring access provisioning, workspace readiness, and smooth transitions.
Establish and maintain project governance routines (status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards).
Use Smartsheet and other PM tools to track timelines, workflows, deliverables, and interdependencies.
Support integration and standardization efforts stemming from recent acquisitions (20+ companies).
Ensure project activities align to cost-savings goals, process optimization objectives, and overall business readiness.
Bring informed best practices from prior GCC/Captive center stand-ups to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and strengthen execution.
3–5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience specifically within GCC/Captive Center or Global Shared Services environments (non-IT).
Demonstrated experience standing up or expanding a GCC from roadmap through multi-wave implementation.
Ability to operate in the weeds- driving tasks, resolving blockers, and managing details- while also being consultative and bringing best practices from prior implementations.
Strong project governance skills, including creating decks, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-ready updates.
Proficiency using Smartsheet, with additional experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between U. . leadership and India-based teams.
Experience supporting operational activities such as onboarding/offboarding, access setup, workspace coordination, and process handoffs.
Ability to work U. . hours (EST required) to collaborate with both the VP of GSS and India counterparts.
A grounded, execution-focused mindset- comfortable rolling up your sleeves, staying tactical, and moving the work forward without needing high-level strategic ownership.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $70-85/hr.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required)
