As a Technician - ISC - Level 4 here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) operations by performing various technical tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of the ISC operations by ensuring that all technical aspects are running smoothly. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, leading to increased cost savings and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product assembly

+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications

+ Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and product performance

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 6+ years of experience in a similar field

+ Strong technical and problem-solving skills

WE VALUE

+ Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technology, etc.)

+ Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment

+ Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
