    Work location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial: 800 West Randol Mill Road Arlington, Texas 76012

     

    Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour); Day Shift between the hours of 6:30am and 5:00pm, call required

    Here's What You Need

    * High School Diploma or equivalent required

    * CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required

    * 1 year of previous experience preferred

    * BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required AND

    * ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required

    You What Will Do

    * Provides support to anesthesia providers during routine and urgent surgical cases and procedures to ensure quality patient care.

    * Provides support to anesthesia staff with preparation of room and equipment needed for patient care.

    * Protects patient and personal safety by following department processes, maintaining a sterile environment, and understanding equipment function.

    * Maintains supply, equipment, and pharmacy inventory to optimize delivery of anesthesia services. Maintains cleanliness and proper function of anesthesia equipment and workroom.

    * Daily computer support. Troubleshoots equipment. Able to support Anesthesiologist in Optime.

    * Assists in meeting departmental/hospital KPI's related to patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, financial performances, organizational effectiveness, and community health care.
