We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction.     What You’ll Do

    + Partner with the sales team to manage Accounts Receivable and Collections.

    + Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing issues.

    + Utilize the Chempax ERP system (designed for the chemical industry) to manage accounts.

    + Perform cash applications and provide exceptional customer service.

    + Report to the AP/AR Supervisor as part of a small, close-knit team.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience in collections and accounts receivable.

    + Proficiency in cash applications and customer service.

    + Ability to work with ERP systems more advanced than QuickBooks.

    + Basic knowledge of Excel and strong attention to detail.

    + Skills in credit analysis and accounting.

     

    Preferred: Experience with the Chempax ERP system.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rocky Hill, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
