Job Description
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to advance your Automated Testing career as a **603 - Product Delivery Manager, Automation Testing / Selenium / Java Developer** at JPMorgan Chase within the Credit Card Line of Business. In this technical leadership role, you will drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our Test Automation initiatives, providing deep technical expertise and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Framework Development
+ Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation tests using Selenium, Cucumber, and related tools.
+ Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) to ensure continuous validation of new code releases.
+ Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leaders, and Business Partners to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint demos, story mapping, and sprint reviews.
Process Improvement & Innovation
+ Champion adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance testing capabilities.
+ Experiment with emerging technologies and share best practices with peers.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
+ Design and execute automated and manual test cases to validate user acceptance criteria for new and existing features.
+ Monitor key quality metrics, proactively identify risks, and communicate test progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and robust risk management.
Technical Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
+ Provide technical guidance and share expertise with team members and stakeholders.
+ Contribute to internal documentation, training, and knowledge bases.
Operational Responsibilities
+ Provide estimates for user stories utilizing planning poker.
+ Assist in manual UAT efforts when automation is not feasible, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ 5 years of experience in test automation and technical roles within technology or testing teams.
+ 5 years of proven experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
+ 5 years of working knowledge of Selenium, Cucumber, and open-source test automation tools.
+ 5 years of experience working on web applications including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
+ 5 years of experience working in Java and working knowledge of Python.
+ 5 years of experience in Business Driven Development techniques (JUnit, Fitnesse, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar tools).
+ 5 years of experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment practices and tools (Jenkins or equivalent, Maven, Git).
+ 5 years of experience working in Agile teams, with the ability to grasp business concepts and create test strategies and scenarios.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
+ Strong presentation and influential skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
+ Experience working on Unix.
+ Passionate about testing strategy, problem solving, learning new skills, and sharing expertise.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
+ Experience supporting organizational change, including process transformation and technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree - preferably in Computer Science or related field.
+ 4 years of experience working in a financial services environment with good working knowledge of Credit Cards.
+ 5 years of experience in financial services, especially credit card products, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
+ 8 years of experience in application testing and monitoring frameworks - JMeter, AppDynamics, Geneos, Fitnesse, PhantomJS, etc.
+ 8 years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
+ 8 years of experience with open-source test automation tools.
+ 8 years of experience in applying Business Driven Development techniques (JUnit, Fitnesse, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar tools).
+ 8 years of experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment practices and tools (Jenkins or equivalent, Maven, Git, developer efficiency tools).
+ 8 years of experience working in Agile teams, with the ability to focus and grasp business concepts explained during PBRs and create test strategy and test scenarios.

$104,500 - $170,000 / year
