We are hiring a Duck Creek Developer (Billing) to join our organization on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve issues in Duck Creek Billing applications using tools such as Trace Monitor and TSV Debugger.

+ Manage incidents and service requests through platforms like ServiceNow.

+ Design, develop, and implement enhancements to Duck Creek Billing functionality.

+ Configure rating, billing administration rules, and workflows in Duck Creek OnDemand.

+ Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Participate in release planning and document developed components and modules.

+ Support integrations with external systems (e.g., Hyland OnBase, ISO services) and web services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Proven experience with Duck Creek Billing and related products.

+ Strong knowledge of Duck Creek architecture, configuration, and debugging tools.

+ Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and experience with XML/XSLT.

+ Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., TFS, Bitbucket) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
