We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of a large-scale enterprise application. This role involves managing system stability, resolving production incidents, and working with sensitive data in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support daily operations and ensure application performance.

+ Manage production incident resolution and maintain system stability.

+ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

+ Ensure compliance with data security standards (HIPAA, PII).

+ Utilize SQL for data queries and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

+ 8+ years in IT operations or maintenance.

+ 5+ years managing enterprise systems or applications.

+ 3+ years hands-on experience with SQL databases.

+ Experienced in incident management.

+ Experience in healthcare or similar regulated environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $72.00/hr.
