Job Description

The Sr Product Designer will lead the redesign of CRM systems, creating an AI-powered, user-centric experience for Sales teams. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams, analyzing user research, and developing UI/UX resources to streamline design processes. The designer will ensure consistent Salesforce platform utilization and deliver compelling interfaces aligned with the company’s CRM transformation vision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in CS, Engineering, or IT)

+ 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX

+ Knowledge of Salesforce design language and platform landscape

+ Ability to create and maintain design templates and guidelines

+ Strong collaboration across business and technical teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
