    Job Title: CAD Drafter

     

    Contract Type: Year-Long Contract-to-Hire

    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team on a 12-month contract-to-hire basis . The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and experience working with engineering teams to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and modify detailed CAD drawings for engineering and construction projects.

    + Interpret design specifications and incorporate changes as needed.

    + Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

    + Maintain organized documentation and adhere to company standards.

    + Review and revise drawings for accuracy and compliance.

    Qualifications

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software).

    + Strong understanding of drafting principles and technical standards.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Associate degree or technical certification in drafting or related field preferred.

    + 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred).

    Contract Details

    + Duration: 12 months with potential for full-time hire.

    + Schedule: Full-time, on-site.

    + Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
