Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Retail Assistant Manager position will have:

+ Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

+ Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams.

+ Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

+ Experience with inventory management and sales reporting.

+ Proficient in cash handling and financial procedures.

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements may include:

Being on your feet for long periods and lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
