Job Overview
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

The Director of Resiliency in Technology Production Services is responsible for developing and leading the operational resiliency strategy to ensure the organization can anticipate, withstand, recover, and adapt to disruptions. Reporting to the Head of Production Services, this role focuses on mitigating risks to critical technology services and recovery efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will collaborate across teams to drive resiliency initiatives, foster a culture of accountability, and provide strategic leadership to safeguard the firm's technology operations.
What you'll do:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive operational resiliency framework for all systems and platforms across on-premise, cloud, Saas hosted technologies.
+ Identify and mitigate risks to critical technology services, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide resiliency goals
+ Establish and maintain resiliency metrics, reporting, and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
+ Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in technology systems and processes
+ Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity teams to address resiliency gaps
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational resiliency Build and lead a high-performing team focused on resiliency initiatives
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Production Services and other senior leaders on resiliency matters
+ Partner with business units, risk management, and compliance teams to align resiliency efforts with organizational priorities
+ Represent Technology Production Services in enterprise-wide resiliency forums and initiatives
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, on resiliency strategies and progress

**Hiring Minimum:** $168500
**Hiring Maximum:** $286900

Skills/Requirements
+ 11+Years experience in operational resiliency within a technology organization, preferably in the financial services industry
+ 6+ Leadership experience (experience leading leaders preferred)
+ Associate's and or bachelor's degree preferred
+ Understanding of cloud- based resiliency strategies and tools
+ Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and incident management
+ Understanding of business processes and mapping technology to business critical processes from a recovery standpoint
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to operational resiliency (e.g., FFIEC, Basel, etc.)
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
+ Experience managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance
+ Ability to assess complex systems and processes to identify risks and recommend solutions
Preferred certifications:
+ Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
