    Description

    The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for driving collaboration between corporate and regional finance teams, leading global financial consolidation and reporting of the monthly P&L estimates, and executing various key strategic special projects within FP&A. This role ensures consistent, accurate, and insightful financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making and long-term business strategy.

     

    - Lead the Corporate FP&A consolidation process for monthly estimates, focusing on consumer-centric financial planning to create insightful analytics

     

    - Manage monthly executive reporting and presentation decks, including consolidated P&L and key metrics that deliver timely and actionable insights

     

    - Responsible for assisting with key quarterly earnings analyses. Support investor relations and executive communications with articulate presentations.

     

    - Partner closely with regional FP&A leaders to understand key business drivers behind performance variances to prior estimate, plan and prior year.

     

    - Facilitate business reviews to gain insights into the latest business trends, identification of potential P&L efficiencies, as well as to support regional teams in clarifying processes and messaging strategic guidance from leadership

     

    - Enhance variance commentary frameworks to standardize insight delivery across global finance teams

     

    - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing clear, data-driven insights supporting strategic and operational decisions

     

    - Support Corporate FP&A end-to-end integrated business planning improvement initiatives

     

    - Oversee FX impact analyses

     

    - Driver special projects related to process automation and data analytics improvement

     

    - Continue to enhance forecasting models that reduce cycle time and improve accuracy

     

    - Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute to continuous process improvement and data analytics capabilities

     

    - Participate in the roll-out of agentic AI, applying intellectual curiosity to explore new capabilities, challenge traditional forecasting methods, and embed autonomous insights into decision-making processes.

    Qualifications

    - Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting

     

    - Advanced Degree in Finance/MBA or CPA license, preferred

     

    - 8+ years experience, including Corporate Finance & Accounting

     

    - Advanced P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience

     

    - Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business impacts and synthesize messaging in an appropriate manner

     

    - Experience building complex analytical models

     

    - Strong PC skills including SAP, OneStream, PowerPoint and particularly Excel, with the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively

     

    - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong work ethic, in order to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables

     

    - Demonstrates strong presentation skills, ability to communicate and present to Executive Management
