    Your success in this position hinges on your outstanding attention to detail, capacity to work autonomously, and your demonstrated proficiency in efficiently managing assets. Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial.

     

    A day in the Life:

    + Communicate with internal and external customers as the first point of contact.

    + Perform shipping and receiving activities seamlessly.

    + Build work orders within the calibration management software.

    + Prepare and send final calibration documentation to customers.

    + Coordinate the billing process within the ERP system.

    + Collaborate with third-party calibration suppliers.

    Keys to Success:

    Education

    + A minimum of a High School Diploma.

    + Some College preferred.

    Experience

    + Shown focus on detail and accuracy of documents.

    + Proven independent work experience.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Ability to coordinate asset movements efficiently.

    + Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 is advantageous

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    + Capable of self-management.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

    + Proficient in maintaining strong organization and time management capabilities.

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    + Primarily office-based with periods of sitting and repetitive tasks.

    + May need to lift up to 50 lbs and use material handling equipment.

    + Potential use of personal protective equipment such as lab coats and safety gloves.
