Role Overview
As a Functional Sales and Distribution Lead at the Senior Consulting Manager level, you will lead large-scale IT and SAP implementation/migration programs. This role requires exceptional program management skills, strategic oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex, high-value programs.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead enterprise-level design workshops to define SD architecture aligned with strategic business objectives and compliance requirements.
-Drive solution architecture for SD, ensuring robust integration with MM, FI, TM, and EWM modules for end-to-end process efficiency.
-Prepare, review, and validate comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for all SD enhancements and custom developments.
-Oversee configuration and customization of SD processes, including advanced pricing procedures, output determination, and credit control mechanisms.
-Manage full testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, and regression testing, ensuring defect resolution and quality assurance for SD functionalities.
-Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define KPIs, optimize OTC processes, and deliver measurable business value through SAP SD solutions.
-Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across project streams.
-Ensure strict adherence to enterprise governance frameworks, SOX controls, and audit requirements while driving digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
-12-16 years of experience in SAP SD with proven leadership in global implementations and complex rollouts.
-Demonstrated expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Billing, and Returns, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in global consulting environments.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in advisory roles within top-tier consulting firms.
