About the Role

As a SAP EAM Solution Architect, you will make an impact by leading enterprise-level design and implementation of asset management processes for large organizations. You will be a valued member of the SAP Consulting team and work collaboratively with project managers, implementation teams, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with reliability and operational efficiency goals.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design and solutioning of SAP Enterprise Asset Management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reliability standards.

+ Prepare and validate detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for EAM functionalities.

+ Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and validate solutions.

+ Manage EAM implementation teams, driving delivery excellence and adherence to governance frameworks and timelines.

+ Advise on best practices for asset reliability, digital transformation, and IoT integration.

Based on this role’s business requirements, **this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States** , working **EST hours** . The role requires **occasional travel to the client site in New Jersey, USA** . What you must have to be considered

+ 12–16 years of experience in SAP EAM with proven expertise in asset lifecycle management.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, Spare Parts Planning, and integration with MM and PM modules.

+ Strong experience preparing FSDs and TDDs for EAM functionalities.

+ Ability to lead enterprise-level design and manage implementation teams.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

These will help you succeed

+ Experience with IoT-enabled devices and digital transformation initiatives.

+ Familiarity with safety regulations, security standards, and audit compliance.

+ Exposure to emerging technologies and best practices in asset reliability.

+ Prior experience in consulting environments or large-scale enterprise projects.
