CTG is seeking to fill a Supply Chain Digital Sales Support position for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

**Duration:** 12 Months

**Pay Rate:** $28.00/hour

Duties:

Digital Analytics and Solutions (50%)

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based applications to drive automation and operational efficiencies

• PowerApps Development: Create and optimize PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes

• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate on Large Language Model (LLM) solutions to support intelligent automation and data-driven insights

• Data Analytics: Support advanced analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making

Sales Operations Support (50%)

• Customer Master Data Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems

• Material Master Data: Establish, update, and maintain material master data to support sales and operational workflows

• Sample Management: Process sample requests and coordinate sample distribution across Business Entities

• CRM Support: Assist sales teams with CRM functionality, data quality, and system optimization

• Complaint Processing: Manage customer complaint data entry, documentation, and tracking

Skills:

• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients as part of a collaborative team

• Independent, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment

• **Preferred:** SAP experience; strong Excel knowledge; Python; AWS full stack development

Experience:

• Experience supporting digital solutions, analytics, or business process automation

• Experience with CRM systems, data management, or sales operations is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
