    What You'll Do

    Talent Acquisition

    + Post openings to job boards and the career site; maintain requisitions and pipelines in the ATS.

    + Coordinate assessments, background and drug screenings; track results and escalate issues.

    + Prepare offer letter packets for approval and delivery; track acceptances and start dates.

    + Support employer branding and hiring brand awareness initiatives (networking, career fairs, seminars).

    + Maintain recruiting metrics dashboards (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate experience feedback, funnel health) and assist with data analysis and reporting.

    HR Coordination

    + Coordinate new-hire onboarding: launch paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, orientation schedules, day-one readiness.

    + Maintain internal e-filing systems and update the HR SharePoint site.

    + Coordinate labor/compliance initiatives; assist with internal HR compliance audits.

    + Create presentations for operations meetings and leadership updates.

    + Support off-boarding logistics (access changes, equipment collection, transition communication)

    + Perform other duties consistent with the position and business needs.

    Who You Are:

    + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

    + 1+ years- experience in a Human Resources and/or recruiting coordination capacity.

    + Bachelor-s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

    + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    + Clear, professional communication with a service mindset; comfortable partnering with candidates and leaders.

    + Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools; Excel/Sheets for simple reporting and data tracking.
