    Join Our Growing Team! The Quality Inspector will perform receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components on site and perform on-site production verifications and to support the QA/QC CTM as needed.

    A day in the life:

    + Assist Superintendent with creating schedule ofFirst Work Inspections(FWI’s) on (Level 01, also known as “Mission Critical) job sites.

    + Complete FWI checklists and participate in inspections on (Level 01, also known as “Mission Critical) job sites.

    + Perform in wall and overhead QC Inspections identifying any Non-Conforming items, send finished inspections to project team and upload to Procore.

    + Perform production Verification walks on site to ensure the reported numbers from field team are accurate and up to date

    + Maintain reports electronically using Procore (Reports include Valve Tag Charts, Weld/Torque Map Drawings, etc.)

    You should have:

    + Minimal c onstruction experience as a Journeyman Plumber with previous work experience in commercial construction

    + Knowledge of construction contract documents

    + Ability to review and understand drawings, specifications, and submittals

    + Proficiency interfacing with technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, PDF editing software)

    + High school diploma

    + Ability to coordinate with others and perform multiple activities in a timely manner

    + Ability to analyze data and then combine information to form conclusions
