    Description

    YOU can make an impact, as a leader in our residential program, as the Residential Coordinator at our Jeffrey Lane residence. This seasoned manager will mentor and lead a team of employees, making a positive difference in the lives of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

     

    Responsibilities for this role include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired; and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience.

     

    Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

     

    The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

     

    HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm/must be flexible based on the needs of the program

     

    STARTING SALARY: $ 66,427.67 per year

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field ishighly preferred

    + Management experience

    + Computer skills

    + Acceptable NYS Driver's License
